Hawaii institutes statewide smoking ban
A broad smoking ban goes into effect in Hawaii statewide on Nov. 16.
Included in the ban are all buildings open to the public, airports (from curb to plane), outdoor sports facilities and entrances to public buildings. For more information, visit www.hawaiismokefree.com.
